Classes

STRONG (LEVEL3)

Strong is a 60 or 75 minute powerful vinyasa flow class. Our signature flow class. Each class will be a full body experience, set to music, moving through sequences that will include various arm balances and inversions. The experienced instructor will give you verbal and physical pose adjustments throughout the class. If you’re looking to sweat it out and have some knowledge of basic yoga poses , this is the class for you.

STRONG BASICS (LEVEL 2)

Strong Basics is our intermediate vinyasa class.
Our intermediate level class is beginner friendly but does move with the pace of the breath and is a continuous flow. Students who want to be challenged but not pushed feel great in this flow class. Very limited focus on arm balances and inversions- just breathe, move and feel good! 

STRONG + SLOW (LEVEL 2-3)

Not a Vinyasa class but still a Strong class. More emphasis on holding and refining a pose rather than a faster paced flow. Lot’s of preparation work for inversions and arm balances. 

WARM SLOW FLOW (LEVEL 1)

Warm Slow Flow is a class perfect for those looking to unwind from their busy lives, or just take a gentler approach to yoga. It can include Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin styles of Yoga. You will enjoy soothing music, a slower pace, detailed instructions on how to get into poses and quick massages from your instructor. This class is often paired with a short meditation. Ommmmmm my, 60 minutes of mellowy goodness. 

YOGA FOUNDATIONS (LEVEL 1)

Yoga Foundations is our Yoga 101 and is meant either for someone who is 100% brand new to yoga and/or is not physically ready to jump into our strong basics class, or someone who just likes a gentle yoga class. You can expect to move at a slow, comfortable pace and you will find a heavy  emphasis on alignment, and getting into the best modification of the pose for your body. You will learn how to use the props to best help you find the pose in a safe manner. 

(PWYC) FLOW AND GO (ALL LEVELS)

Our community class that is Pay What You Can based. We do suggest an $8 donation, however no one will be turned away if they offer less. Yoga is for everyone and we don’t want anyone to have an excuse not to hit their mat…..so enjoy a 45 minute flow with one of our lovely instructors on staff! Soak in the love

HOLY YOGA (STRONG)

Holy Yoga is a Christianity focused vinyasa flow class. Bible verses and prayers are part of class and the focus is on Jesus. It’s like going to church in work out clothes! 

PEAK POSE (ALL LEVELS)

Our Peak Pose class is 1/2 workshop and 1/2 flow. We pick a pose that is usually deemed to be more advanced and takes some serious practice to master and break it down. This is a fantastic class for those looking of more detail on those poses you hear called out in class but are just not sure on the details.

YIN + YANG (ALL LEVELS)

Both sides are needed in our life- and both sides are reflected in this class. Get your yang going with the first half of class which will challenge you and then mellow out with some relaxing Yin. A must every week!

ALIGN (ALL LEVELS)

Yoga is skill in action. This class incorporates body, mind and heart skills: alignment based asana, pranayama and yoga philosophy. Get stronger. Go deeper. Align with your most vital and intelligent self. Recommended for experienced beginners and beyond.

MOVING MEDITATION (ALL LEVELS) 

Moving Meditation is a combination of meditation and yoga. Each class will begin with a seated meditation to help cultivate our breath before moving  into a flow that is slow, and strong, and motivated by our breath work. We will end each class with a relaxing body scan or guided meditation.

MEDITATION (ALL LEVELS. 30 MIN)

Enjoy a guided meditation mixed with some relaxing yoga nidra for clarity and stress relief. Meditation classes are 30 minutes long and all props that may be needed, will be provided.
