SPRING 2016 Feb-June

The journey from yoga student to yoga teacher is a profound experience. Wether you want to just dive deeper into your knowledge of yoga, or your dream is to lead and inspire others on the same journey you have experienced, this is the training for you. Yoga Strong’s 200-Hour Power Vinyasa Teacher Training will give you the knowledge and tools to inspire your future students with the same passion for yoga that brought you to this point on your yoga path. The strength of this program comes from the intense focus given to the form and fundamentals, action and alignment as well as lots of practice teaching, community service and heavy focus on hands on assisting.

If you have landed on this web page, then you have taken the first step to sharing the gift of yoga. This is not your ordinary yoga teacher certification program. This is an opportunity to make real transformative change happen for yourself and humanity.

Yoga Strong is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Alliance School. This means once you graduate you can register with Yoga Alliance which is the only world recognized yoga standards/certification. The program (generally) take 4-4.5 months to complete. You will complete around 50 hours a month, meeting every other Friday and Saturday and every other Wednesday night on alternating weeks. On top of hours in training you will have homework and be required to take yoga classes on your own.
You just need to bring an open mind and an adventurous spirit with yoga. Expect to have an in-depth yoga experience, which is the place yoga knowledge originates. This program is not just about presenting and memorizing information. This is an exclusive opportunity for transformative growth. You will hone the skills necessary towards sharing your practice with others! At the end of the training you will feel amazing, strong, open, peaceful, and calm. We look forward to meeting you.

Info on Instructors:

Matthew and Holly Krepps have each been practitioners of the art and science of Yoga for over 20 years.  They owned and operated a yoga studio for approximately a decade of that time developing it into one of the premier yoga studios in their state.  They sold it in 2009 to develop Circle Yoga Shala, a Center for Yoga Advancement, Creative Emergence and a Sustainable Life.  Located in the foothills of the Ozarks of Arkansas on 25 pristine acres they farm, raise animals, train teachers and offer immersion opportunities to deepen one’s relationship to Yoga as a whole system for living.  In addition, they travel and teach offering workshops and teacher training programs throughout their region of the U.S., and also out of the country. Recently, they trained two Olympian Athletes from the Czech Republic in Peratallada, Spain in prehab and rehab practices, meditation, pranayama and inquiry in efforts to help prepare them for the Summer Games in 2016.  Most importantly, the Kreppses have had the privilege of training yoga teachers since 2001.
